call center is one that exclusively or predominately handles outgoing calls. Calls
are initiated from outbound call centers. A call center may deal either only
inbound or outbound calls or might handle both of them.
Outbound call centers are mainly used for following
purposes:

- After Sale Service
- Feedback Collection
- Recovery
- Fund Raising
- Verification Services
- List Updating
Outbound call centers require less or no experience. It’s
really easier to find work for outbound call center as compare to an inbound
call center. Calling process, system requirements and operational cost is also
lower than inbounds.
